A 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with its own private screened pool.

This home is located in Lake Berkley Resort; a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance and is conveniently located for all other major theme parks. The SR 192, the main highway which runs through Kissimmee, and ‘Walmarts’ Super Store is but a couple of minutes drive away.

Lake Berkley is a secure resort with controlled access to the estate 24 hrs a day 7 days a week 365 days a year.

This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 8. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and T.V in bedroom, the 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed and T.V in bedroom, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin-size beds and there is a sleeper sofa in a 4th room complete with a T.V.

Beautifully furnished to a high standard there is ample kitchen equipment, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range washer, drier, towels, linens etc. There is cable TV, DVD player and Hi/Fi system in the living room. The Villa has its own private lanai covered pool. For a small additional charge the pool can be heated in the cooler months. The two-car garage offers restricted access to the Villa.

The home is fully air conditioned.

This is a non-smoking and pet-free home.

In addition our Guests are allowed full use of the Lake Berkley Resort facilities. These include a large additional swimming pool complete with Jacuzzi. The Club House facility with a fitness suite, games room. The use of the ‘man made beach area’ at the Lake side, Volley Ball Court, Children’s play area, nature trails and bar-b-q facility.
