Our home is located in a quiet and secluded part of Terra Verde with pool and patio overlooking open landscaped area and has all the conveniences of a hotel room but with the added luxury of space, freedom and privacy. It is a great place to relax and unwind by your private pool with a cold drink and allow the children to play. When the children are finally asleep sit out by the pool with a cocktail or take a quiet evening dip, watch a movie or listen to your favourite CD's.

Terra Verde is a brand new secure, gated resort developed around a beautiful lake and next to a conservation area. It lies in the heart of central Florida, approximately 8-10 minutes drive from the magic of Walt Disney World using the quiet Osceola Parkway, and within easy reach of Universal Studios, Sea World and all the other attractions that Orlando has to offer. On-site concierge services are also provided.

The Clubhouse is just a short walk away from your accommodation where you can mingle with other guests by the swimming pool and TIKI bar, shoot some basketball or play a game of volleyball. If you have enough energy try out the fitness suite or relax and enjoy the day spa services or sauna. For the children there is an exciting play area and sandy beach where you can lay in a hammock and enjoy the evening sunset. If you would like to book a massage at the Clubhouse spa or schedule a tee time at one of the dozens of great golf courses nearby, just ask the Concierge service at reception. The Terra Verde Club offers all the amenities you would expect of a large hotel complex, but instead of returning to the four walls of a hotel room you will be able to relax in a luxurious and spacious home with private swimming pool.

Terra Verde is located on Poinciana Boulevard, a short drive south of the US 192, which is famous for being close to Walt Disney World Resort. There is no shortage of restaurants and dining attractions, outlet stores, shops, and small attractions along the US 192 and close by is 'Celebration', Disney's Community with theatres, many places to eat and little shops. Just 50 miles to the east the Space Coast is an easy trip from Orlando. Visit the buzzing surfing mecca of Cocoa Beach or Kennedy Space Center for an experience out of this world. To the west you can visit the Gulf Coast with miles of fabulous white beaches, bathed by the warm, calm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Or why not visit Tampa, the fastest growing city in Florida, or Busch Gardens. Beside unforgettable days at the areas attractions you can play golf at a wide variety of championships course or cool off at Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon or Wet ‘n Wild.

Prices include 13% Florida tax. A non-refundable deposit of £100($200) per week or part thereof required to confirm reservations. Full balance required 10 weeks prior to your stay. A refundable security deposit of $300 by credit card will be required by the on-site management company. Until bookings are confirmed, rates subject to change without notice. A £50($90) cleaning charge will apply for stays less than 6 nights.
