This superb vacation home is situated 5 minutes south of the 192 at Eagle Pointe. An established residential district containing a mix of family and vacation homes and is a friendly and inviting community. Being so close to the 192 gives you easy access to popular restaurants, shops and entertainment experiences. Many of the major dinner theatres such as Arabian Nights and Capone's occupy prominent positions along this major entertainment center.
The 192 also has direct access to World Drive leading you to the heart of the Magic that is Walt Disney World. There is also easy access to the I4 and International Drive. Being minutes away from the action means you spend less time in the car and more time enjoying and relaxing on your vacation.

Don't forget that there is more to see than the theme parks. Florida has two coasts both within one hours drive. The East Coast is home to Daytona and Kennedy Space Center whilst the West Coast on the Gulf of Mexico is where you'll find Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay. Relax in this spacious room titled the "Grand Room" by the developers. A perfect place to relax after the excitement of the parks. Two large sofas have been provided for your comfort. One of which opens up to a full queen sized bed. There is also a 35” Television, Video, DVD and Music System. We also have a small collection of DVD’s and some board games. This room also provides access to the Pool area and offers views across the lake.

The dining room table is also conveniently located in the grand room. Comfortably seating six for those lazy days when you just want to stay in and relax.
To the left of the grand room is a large and well equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains a cooker, microwave, large refrigerator and dishwasher. At the far end of the kitchen is the nook. The nook is a delightful place to eat breakfast as the two large windows overlook the pool and the lake. This is a perfect place to start planning your day at the parks. We hope you will enjoy the view as much as we do.

The King sized bed fits comfortably in this suite, giving plenty of space to move around. An additional television has been provided in case you want to catch up on the Disney channel before getting up in the morning. The window to the south gives superb views across the lake.

To the right of the master bedroom you will find two walk in wardrobes. The en-suite facilities include a double vanity unit and a large shower.

This comfortable second double bedroom contains a queen sized bed, and ample storage facilities.

The third bedroom has twin beds which can be pushed together to make a double bed if required. This room also has a large built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The second bathroom is conveniently located between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, and has a bath/shower as well as a vanity sink and toilet.

The villa is situated on the largest lake in this community with a south facing aspect. It's ideal for that all important vacation tan, especially with the relaxing views across the lake.

The lake offers a sense of privacy as it is difficult to be overlooked.

The large deck area is furnished with two sun loungers and the table and chairs pictured right, perfect for a meal in the hot Florida sun.

Make sure you have plenty of sun tan lotion, because you will never want to leave this deck.
