It has a breakfast nook, for snack meals, with a view over the pool area. The dining area has a fully set table for more formal or family mealtimes. The living area has a 27" TV, playstation 2, and DVD/Video. It also has a full size bed/settee, plus ordinary settee and armchairs. The 28'X14' fully covered pool has a pool deck and covered Lanai area. Smoking is permitted in this area. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironoing board with iron.
