This is a luxury air-conditioned 3 bed 2 bath villa with a 28 foot private pool and is only 15 mins from Disney on a recently completed development in davenport.

Beaches are approximately 60 mins drive away and there are many excellent golf courses and shopping areas nearby.

Master bedroom with Queen sized bed and en-suite with walk in shower and direct access to pool area

Two twin bedrooms, one with cable TV

Second bathroom with bath and shower

Sunny extended, screened pool and deck,with lanai, which is not directly overlooked at the rear. The pool can be heated if desired.The patio is furnished with table and parasol, chairs and sun loungers.


There is a large washing machine, tumble drier,
dishwasher, oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and garbage disposal

Doors leading from the villa to the pool area are fully alarmed for your safety and peace of mind

The villa is professionally cleaned between rentals and there is an ample supply of fresh linen and towels

Cots, welcome package, car delivery, airport pick-up and mid week cleaning are available by request

We do not permit smoking or pets

Our management agency are on call 24 hrs should you need assistance.

The rental costs are from £350($615)per week to £400 ($695)per week for 2006 depending upon the time of year.
