New in 2005. British owned.This is our own luxurious holiday home! 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom!
Centrally located in Orlando Florida, at the gated community of Sunset Ridge. To provide a clean environment for our guests we have chosen to have a policy of -
No smoking and No pets- sorry.
Our home in the sun can be found in a peaceful location set back off the main highway and yet still have the advantage of being close to intersection 55 of Hwy. 27 and the I-4. With new roads opened in November 2011 this gives easy access to everything Florida and easy access to the local area.
Close to many restaurants and shops, the new Posner Park Centre with lots of new shopping, Champions Gate, US 192 and to Kissimmee.
Centrally located in the Sunshine State of Florida. Disney parks are only 3 Intersections away.
Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, MGM and other attractions are all close by.
Busch Gardens, St. Petersburg, Treasure Island, Tampa and the Gulf Coast beaches are around one hour away to the West. Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach are about the same to the East on the Atlantic Coast .
Champions Gate and dozens of other golf courses are very close. This area is a golfers paradise!
The villa is idealy situated for families and friends who wish to enjoy the superb accommodation - you will have everything you require for a wonderful stay to either rest or play! Please take a look at the recent photos and you will see what's on offer.
3 queen beds. 2 en-suite & 1 with direct access to the pool - both with cable TV. Two further bedrooms each with twin beds. The study has a sleep sofa which could allow a further two guests to stay. Study also has a TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, Hi Speed wireless internet and a Casino Table.
Crib, high chair, stroller and baby stuff all included!

Pool area includes patio table for 6. 3 large sunloungers. 2 reclining chairs. Sun umbrella and pool shower.
Solid oak furniture, large screen TV, 2 large sofas,seperate dining area, bar area,plenty of seating and occasional tables
Entrance to the hallway. Study to the right. Coat stand, hall table & display cabinet
The study has a pull out sofa, TV with DVD player, Music system, WiFi connections and plenty of seating.
Bedrooms:- 3 Bedrooms with Queen beds. All in solid hardwoods. Mahogany as shown above, others are in oak. Dressing table, bedside cabinets and comfy chair. TVs in armoires (TV & storage cabinets). All rooms have plenty of storage in walk-in wardrobes. Two twin rooms with two beds in each - both in solid oak. Plus tables & cabinets.
Dining area. Solid oak table and chairs. Table can be extended to seat 10.
Air Hockey. Pool Table. Table Tennis. Foosball. Electronic basketball. Darts for little kids Darts for big kids! Casino Table in Study with Roulette, cards & other family games
