Detached single storey stylish ,very comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Villa..... Well equipped,maintained to a high standard and visited regularly by the owners.

Private heatable screened pool and covered lanai with fan and light ,table and chairs great for dining out or a peaceful nightcap....BBQ. Open aspect to the rear Fibre optic lighting in the pool..great for that evening swim.

Poolside Sun loungers and chairs. All pool access doors fitted with child safety alarms.

The open plan lounge is stylish,comfortable and well furnished with large comfortable sofa and large love seat..a great place to relax and enjoy our color cable TV..DVD player..and music centre. Books, CDs and games. Overhead fan for even more comfort.

The dining area has a full size dining table with seating for 6 persons .... Patio doors opening onto the covered lanai and pool area.

Breakfast bar for two with high stools.

The fully fitted kitchen has large cooker, fridge/freezer with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher,coffeemaker ,toaster etc.and telephone....

The master en-suite bedroom has direct access to pool through the ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The comfortable Queen (UK King ) size bed ensures a good nights sleep..or a great place to relax and watch TV or a video. An overhead fan adds extra comfort. Telephone with Modem for high speed internet access.
