This luxury villa is situated in the secure, gated community of Villa Sol. Villa Sol has been described as "tucked away, yet in the middle of everything." (Also known as the intersection of Osceola Parkway and Boggy Creek Road.)
Although our villa is only a 10-minute drive from Orlando International Airport, you could be a world away. Villa Sol is surrounded by 100-year-old oak trees and gives access to one of central Florida's largest lakes. You can enjoy a day of water sports and fishing as you dock your boat along Boggy Creek, which runs through Villa Sol.
Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa overlooks a private lake which is very peaceful as it has no boat traffic.
Enter though our covered porch and entrance hall through to our sitting room in our front bay window. This room is furnished with a Queen-size sleeper sofa bed, but serves as a comfortable, quiet sitting area during the day.
Dining room seats 6 for formal dining.
Living room - comfortable sofas and chair around the 32" TV with DVD player and CD player. There is an overhead ceiling fan to keep you cool in even the hottest of Florida afternoons. Sliding glass patio doors out to the covered lanai, deck and pool area.
Kitchen and informal eating area - fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, all utensils and cooking equipment. Circular table with 4 chairs in rear bay window area overlooking pool area and 4 breakfast bar stools.
Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with King size bed, night stands, armoire with 27" TV and a DVD player. Overhead ceiling fan to keep you cool. Master Bathroom - leading to a large walk-in closet, corner bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet, sink and leading out to pool and spa area.
Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed with twin night stands, chest of drawers and sitting area into the front bay window. There is also a TV and DVD player in this room and an overhead ceiling fan.
Bathroom 2 - in between bedrooms 2 and 3.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 - Two twin beds each with night stand in between, clock radios in all bedrooms. Both bedrooms have combination TV/DVD players and overhead ceiling fans.
Bathroom 3 - next door to Bedroom 4. Hairdryers in all bathrooms.
Utility room - adjacent to the two-car garage, equipped with large washing machine, dryer, ironing board and steam iron.
Staying in our villa will allow you access to all of Villa Sol's community-use features listed in the above summary.
