Blue Haven Villa has a grand entrance-way leading to a tiled hallway that has secondary living room/den off, and then leads to the spacious, bright family room and kitchen. The family room has sumptuous sofa and love seat, coffee and occasional tables, plus an entertainment center with a cable TV, VCR, DVD and stereo system for your entertainment, plus a selection of books to read and enjoy. The family room leads out to a shaded lanai, with pool furnishings to sit and relax in around the sparkling clear pool and bubbling spa pool that overlooks conservation to the rear. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms. Let the kids enjoy themselves - or join in on their fun in the game room, with games for all ages including electronic darts, a 7ft pool table and Foosball table. If you would like some time away from the rest of the family, then why not chill-out in the upstairs den area, with a futon, cable TV and DVD player? If you're getting hungry, then take the time to prepare a family feast or a quick and tasty snack in the well equipped kitchen. Choose to eat at the breakfast island/bar, the bijou breakfast nook or the dining room that overlooks the pool and lake to the rear. A second junior master is located upstairs and has the same appointments.
