The Wrong Villa
Our Management Company were recently called out to help guests arriving at our Villa. They phoned to complain that the lock box containing the front door key was jammed. Our Management Company promptly arrived at the Villa but found it strange there was no one around, so they checked the lock box and found that it was working perfectly. A car was parked over the road and a rather embarassed gentleman got out and admitted that he was the guest that made the phone call. It seems that he had found his way to the Villa using Google maps, but unfortunately he had typed in the wrong house number by just 1 digit. He was trying to access the Villa opposite! Moral of the story for all guests is make sure you have the correct address of your Villa with you to avoid mistakes.
