This five bedroom / three bathroom air conditioned home is certainly the 'place to bee'.
Situated on the Gulf Inlets, Sea Forest Homes wind their way around the waterways and inlets leading directly into the Gulf of Mexico. New Port Richey is well placed for Clearwater and surrounding beaches, shops, restaurants, the Pinellas Trail, Tarpon Springs, Weekie Watchie , Busch Gardens and Tampa airport. Boats can be hired at reasonable rates and you can fish from the clubhouse area 100 yards away. Disney theme parks are easily accessible for day visits and are approximately a 2 hours drive.
The home offers spacious luxury, quality and tranquillity. Here in Sea Forest you can relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine and spend lazy days by the private 30' x 15' swimming pool. Pool heat is available should you need it. There is solar heating for the warmer times and electric heating (£70 per week additional cost) for the winter time There is also a community pool and jaccuzzi, tennis courts, golf course and a private beach for the use of the residents and guests of Sea Forest and Gulf Landings homes.
There are five luxurious bedrooms each with ceiling fans, built in mirrored wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. Two of the bedrooms offer en suite facilities with the additional three bedrooms sharing the family bathroom. Master bedroom has remote control TV

The well-equipped kitchen has full sized cooker with ceramic hob, a built-in dishwasher, built in microwave, large fridge and separate freezer with icemaker and drinks dispenser. The breakfast area leads off to the balcony overlooking the pool and garden and woodland beyond. The extended pool deck offers another eating area and has five full-length sun-loungers. The balcony provides a shaded deck area for those wishing to avoid direct sunlight.
There is a lounge and a family room. Both with cable tv, vcr/dvd players and a music centre. The family room has a mini-kitchen with sink, fridge and microwave.
All living areas, kitchen, hall and bathrooms have either marble or ceramic tiled flooring which gives the overall effect of cool elegance.
All bedrooms have wall to wall carpets for ultimate comfort.
Privacy:- The land at the side of the house belongs to the Beehive which has a garden area and conservation beyond.
Prices are on request and vary according to high, mid and low seasons and the number of guests occupying the villa. Please note that electric pool heat is priced seperately.
