New for vacation rentals in 2005 at beautiful Silver Creek, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with it's own private, screened swimming pool and spa is available for you to enjoy during your Florida vacation. The villa is situated in a superb location offering easy access to Disney World which will take about 10 minutes by car. All the other major attractions such as Sea World and Universal Studios are close by. Silver Creek is located on US27 near to Highway 192 which is home to many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and a multitude of restaurants catering for a variety of tastes and price brackets.

Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast are only an hour away. When you want to catch your breath, there are International standard Golf courses and spectacular nature reserves within easy driving distance. And when the going gets tough, the tough go shopping. There are huge malls and plazas only minutes away for that all important retail therapy.

This beautiful Florida villa has it's own private extended swimming pool and spa which is fully screened to keep the bugs at bay. The pool deck has an open aspect, offering stunning views over a conservation area and lake. Pool furniture is provided for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. The pool deck has a safety fence to prevent young children wandering through to the pool unaccompanied.

The single storey villa accommodation comprises of three bedrooms and three bathrooms (including pool bath) along with a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast bar and separate dining area. The spacious lounge offers access to the patio and pool with a covered area to provide some welcome shade. There is also an integral garage.

The two master bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The third bedroom has twin beds and has access to the family bathroom. This, along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge, means that the villa can accommodate 8 people in comfort. Each of the bedrooms has built in closets.

Although the villa is fully air conditioned, extra ceiling fans are fitted to the lounge, bedrooms and pool deck for your comfort.
This luxury villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard and tastefully decorated throughout offering a 'home from home' feel. Four colour televisions are connected to the cable network and there is a DVD player provided in the lounge.

The opportunities for eating out are endless, but if you just want to have a day at home, the kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils, housewares, linens and towels. The villa is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier.

Local, national and international phone calls, as well as a dial up internet connection are all free.

Even those small items are provided, such as a CD player, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and hairdryers.
