The house is on one of the largest plots on the development,with the rear facing west so that the large 33.5 ft. pool area gets all the afternoon sun. Inside there really is enough room for a housefull without falling over one another. The house has 8 beds sleeping in total 13. There is a downstairs seated shower room making it ideal for a disabled member of the party and although access for a wheelchair is not easy it has been used by a quadriplegic. It is also ideal for WINTER GOLFERS who wish to take advantage of the many golf course in the area. As well as being within 10 minutes of Disney you are only just over an hour away from the delights of the beaches on the Gulf Coast to the west and to the east you find the Atlantic coast and Kennedy Space Centre.
The view behind the house is on to the natural Florida scrubland a large pond with an island in it. Without effort you can see interesting birds, including sandhill cranes with young, black vultures, hawks, egrets, herons, ibis and many smaller species, including the mockingbird. We are told there are turtles in the ponds behind but we have not seen them. All the rooms are generous without the need for beds to be up against walls or the need of bed sofas for sleeping 13. Adjoining the lounge area is a formal dining area with glass topped table that will easily seat 10 with 12 at a squeeze. The family room has very comfortable fabric finished sofas to withstand the rigours of energetic children. It is equipped with a 27" inch TV, DVD and audio centre. There are DVDs, CDs and books available. Next to the family room is a very well equipped kitchen area with its own table, seating 6. There is comfortable seating for 14 as well as table seating for 14, albeit in two rooms.
What everyone looks forward to at the end of the day
. You will find an extra large pool and spa to relax and play in, it has been described as the fifth park by some. Adjoining the pool there is a large deck area with chairs and loungers to accommodate all so whatever is your choice, it is there. After that swim relax with a cold drink in the spa or seated round the large table, then enjoy that steak cooked on the BBQ while watching the sunset.
Energy left
For those more energetic members of the party there is the games room to explore, there you will find table tennis, foosball, air hockey and electronic darts. For those who wish for a more relaxing evening, watch one of the DVDs provided or listen to one of the many CDs or even read one of the books you will find in the TV stand in the downstairs master.
Night time beckons
All beds are equipped with supremely comfortable pillow top mattresses making for that perfect nights sleep. There is a master bedroom downstairs with a king bed, another downstairs master with a queen. Upstairs the master overlooks the conservation area, in here there is also a twin bed for those little ones who need to sleep near their parents. The two remaining bedrooms share a bath with shower over. You will also find two cribs, bed bars, a highchair and a stroller for your use.
