Luxury Lake View Villa - Naples

Naples is an elegant resort situated on the stunning Gulf Coast of Florida, famous for its white sandy beaches, world class shopping and extensive selection of restaurants. Naples is also a golfers paradise with some of most beautiful courses to be found anywhere in the world.

Our deluxe villa is located on the exclusive gated community of ‘Briarwood’, it is only an 8 minute drive from the gorgeous white sandy beaches and 5 minutes to Naples downtown area with its elegant shops and restaurants. Briarwood has a community pool and clubhouse, tennis courts, volleyball court, golf driving range and is only a couple of minutes from supermarkets, banks, drug stores etc.

Our villa is fully air-conditioned and has been furnished to the highest standards. It is equipped with every modern convenience designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can enjoy the view of the pool and gorgeous lake from virtually every room in the villa.

There are 3 large, bright bedrooms, two with queen sized beds and one with twin beds. All have TV’s, clock radios and ceiling fans. The large master suite has en-suite bathroom, 2 walk in closets, lovely lake views and opens up directly to the private pool. You will also find an open plan, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast room, family bathroom, formal dining area and a living area with large screen TV and DVD player, this room leads out to the pool and sundeck where you will find stunning views of the lake.

You can relax beside your own 13ft x 28ft, fully screened private pool over looking the wide lake. The fine mesh screen allows the sun to penetrate but keeps the insects out. It is the perfect spot to sit and do a little wildlife spotting, the lake attracts various species including many birds and turtles.

The pool and lanai/patio are south east facing and benefit from all day sunshine. The patio area has plenty of room for sunbathing, a covered area offering some welcome shade and an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water.

There is a range of patio furniture including a large table, chairs and loungers. You will also find a gas BBQ supplied for al-fresco dining while enjoying the views.
