The unique thing about my lovely, fully air conditioned villa is that there is plenty of space and privacy. It is on a large corner plot surrounded by a hedge and landscaped gardens.

The pool is south facing and VERY private, it also has an extended cool deck with table, chairs and loungers for eating/relaxing outside under the shade.

Sunridge Woods is a peaceful location yet only 15 minutes from Disney World and all its attractions, 30 minutes from Orlando Airport and 70 mins from Sanford Airport. The 192 highway with all its shops and restaurants is only a short drive away.

The villa has:-

* a large master bedroom with 6ft bed, cathedral ceiling with fan, Cable TV/video, walk-in wardrobe with Personal Safe, ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and separate bath. A kingsize bedroom and two twin rooms all with ample storage.

* a kitchen which is fully equipped with all major appliances.

* a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. All linen and towels are provided and there is a hair dryer in each bathroom.

* Large screen TV, DVD, X Box (3 TV's with cable television), Board games, videos, books etc
