Our beautifully air conditioned luxury 6 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom villa with pool and jacuzzi is fitted with everything you need to have a wonderful vaction in the Sunshine State of Florida.

The villa has everything you could want to make your vacation a relaxing one.

Lounge/Living - Room As you enter the lounge/living room you are greeted with Florida sunshine entering from large windows which look onto the sparkling pool. There is plenty of space for a large family and you to have the facilities of a 52inch large screen television with cable television, DVD player, Playstation 2, with a large selection of games and video player, stereo bringing you more entertainment. This room makes a quite retreat after a long day at the theme parks. A sliding door lands you in the private pool area which has been extended and now has a Jacuzzi facility. There is a screened patio, plenty of pool furniture and a fitted BBQ which you can enjoy whilst relaxing in the sun by the pool.

Bedrooms - The villa has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people. Most of the rooms have a walk-in wardrobe. 2 bedrooms have en-suite facilities, including the master bedroom which also has a door leading to the pool, providing you with a secret midnight swim.

Dining room, there is a large dining table for you to enjoy a meal together.

Bathrooms - In total there are 3 spacious bathrooms and 1 cloakroom.

Kitchen - The large bar style kitchen has all the cooking utensils, crockery, dishes and cutlery to satisfy up to 14 guests. Every appliance you could need is included and there is a large amount of counter serving space to fulfill everyone's cooking needs. As well as a bar there is a table so families can enjoy a meal together. Near the kitchen there are the facilities of a full size laundry room including a new washing machine and tumble dryer.

Games room, we have fully air conditioned games room with full size slate pool table, table football, air hockey and electronic dartboard.

The villa also has high speed internet access.
