Luxury 4 Bedroomed Villa with Pool & Jacuzzi

Your villa has it's own private swimming pool with under water lighting which backs on to woodland for extra privacy. The pool is fully screened and for an added touch of luxury your villa has it's own spa (jacuzzi). Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine.Heating,if required, is an optional extra at £70 ( $120 ) per week. The two storey accomodation comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast nook area and dining area. There is a spacious lounge and a large double garage. There is a laundry room with a large washing machine and tumble drier.The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and is fitted with a queen size bed, it's own TV and has an en-suite bathroom attached. The spacious walk-in closet houses a safe and patio doors lead directly on to the pool area.On the upper floor you will find 3 further bedrooms, all with cable tv, along with a family bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms have twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes giving plenty of hanging space. The villa can accommodate 8 people in comfort.
Your luxury pool home is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect, the villa is tastefully decorated and is fully air-conditioned. A colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the lounge and master bedroom. There is a VCR, DVD and hi-fi system provided. An integrated music and intercom system allows music to be played into every room. The patio doors leading to the pool are alarmed for the protection of young children.
The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal. coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.
The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area.There is also FREE Hi-Speed Internet Access.
The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. Even those smaller items that are occasionally required are provided such as a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc.
A cot and high-chair can be made avaiable if required, please request at time of booking.
