The Wilderness is a deed restricted housing development situated away from the main tourist area in a community dedicated to the preservation of one of central Florida's greatest natural resources - a beautiful forest. With the forest as the backcloth the homes have been carefully carved out to compliment the magnificent oaks and towering pines.
Our well maintained home has air-conditioning, a double garage, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, utility room, dining, lounge, family, kitchen and breakfast areas - plus a fully screened pool with optional heat at an extra cost. The pool deck is large and well equipped with a gas barbecue, sun loungers, tables, chairs plus pool games, solar blanket and roller. In addition, we have games, books, tennis rackets, bicycles and beach equipment for your use.
Within 400 yds our guests have use of a private communal recreational area with pavilion, pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, picnic and children's play areas.
4 minutes away is a shopping centre, a beautiful golf course, bar, restaurants and stables: 7 minutes away is Lake Tohopekaliga, a boat ramp and fishing. It is 15 minutes to the 192, 25 minutes to Disney World and 75 minutes to Cape Canaveral and the beach.
A local management company looks after our home and guests. We have provided for your convenience and safety 2 telephones (All calls are free of charge) – one portable, a data point, an answer machine, an alarm system, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting and first aid kit
