This luxury, newly built, three bedroom, all en suite bathrooms, air-conditioned villa three miles from Florida's Gulf Coast is situated in a quiet residential area. Master bedroom has a king size bed, tv, large walk in closet, bathroom with his her basins and a jaccuzi/spa with overhead shower, patio doors leading onto the pool deck. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, built in wardrobe, dresser and patio doors leading onto the pool deck. Bathroom and bath with overhead shower. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, dresser, tv, small walk in closet, en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
The extended screened pool deck is 35'x25' to provide plenty of space for lazing in the sun or shade. The lanai 24'x7' (covered part of the pool deck)is enclosed on two sides for privacy. A large table and chairs for outdoor eating with both gas and charcoal barbeques. It is equipped with sunbeds and a shower is installed in the pool deck. The pool is 24'x12', it is a sports pool which is 40"deep at both ends and 60" in the middle which has many advantages. A pool safety barrier is available when occupied by young children.
Busch Gardens and Homosassa Springs are close by. The nearest beach is Pine Island and Bayonet Point with Hernando Beach just 10 minutes south. Weeki Wachee water park is just 3 miles away. With no hills in the area, the villa is ideally situated for that early morning walk.
