Paradise Palms Villa boasts a serene view from the deck area and has a large screened pool with Jacuzzi - a perfect place to spend a lazy evening watching the sun go down after a busy day at the theme parks. For your convenience the pool doors are alarmed for children’s safety, and an integrated stereo music system with intercom is provided throughout the home and pool area. We are sure you will enjoy the new fully equipped Games Room with full-size 8ft slate pool table, soccer table, and dartboard.

The villa is ideally equipped to a high standard offering spacious and luxurious comfortable accommodation for larger families of up to 13 guests and one infant in a cot, without the use of a sleeper sofa. The living area overlooks the pool, and consists of a dining area and sitting room. A feature wrought iron split staircase provides a focal point to the room. A family TV provides over 70 cable stations (including Disney, MTV, BET, and many more). For your further enjoyment a selection of toys, books and games are also provided for those quiet moments at home.

Paradise Palms Villa has been furnished to create a unique and luxuriously stylish environment for our guests to enjoy, a home from home in which to relax. This includes a stylish leather suite, intricately carved chairs and coffee table, an antique mahogany bed and unique marble topped chest. We have also provided luxurious bedding throughout the home,sleeping 13 guests and one infant in a cot. There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds (one of which has an ensuite bathroom); two bedrooms with queen sized beds (one of which has an ensuite bathroom), one bedroom with twin beds, and one bedroom with bunk beds (twin upper bed, full lower bed).

There is a large well-equipped kitchen with many useful appliances and a separate utility room with automatic washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

The local Publix supermarket and fast food restaurants are just 5 minutes away, and cater for all your family's needs. Other superstores/shops and restaurants are also close by. For those label conscious shoppers numerous designer outlets are just minutes away off the Interstate 4 motorway. An hour's drive is all it will take from this convenient location for a day out at the the Kennedy Space Centre, the Gulf Resort of Cocoa Beach, or Daytona Beach to the East. Golf enthusiasts amongst you can easily visit many nearby spectacular golf courses (including Champions Gate).
