Executive Villa

Our beautiful private pool home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths all on one floor, tasteful landscaping, formal dining area, fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils, a family room and living room with cable TV, DVD, VCR and Playstation2 along with a few games.
The new game area has a pool table, fooseball table, dart board and card table.
There is cable TV in each bedroom. We have two king size master suites, one queen bedroom and two bedrooms each with a pair of twin beds. The house is air-conditioned and has full size laundry facilities. The private screen enclosed pool and spa with available pool heat awaits you. The house has children's pool alarms, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers for your family's safety. There are board games, puzzles, VCR tapes, DVD movies and books for your family to enjoy. We have a charcoal barbeque in the back yard for your use. There is a walking nature trail next to the house that goes around the lake; which brings you to the sandy beach, volleyball court, children's playground, picnic area and gazebo. The tennis court is near the clubhouse. The clubhouse has an arcade room and game room with pool tables and air hockey. There is a PC with Internet connections for your use. There also is an exercise room at the clubhouse.

Lake Berkley is located just south of US 192, off Oren Brown Road. It is ideally situated to use Poinciana Boulevard to the Osceola Parkway toll road for a direct route straight into Disney. The same route leads to the US 535 if you are heading towards Universal Studios or downtown Orlando. Lake Berkley is less than 15 minutes to Disney. It is close to all the main attractions including SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Universal Islands of Adventure, Medieval Times and many more. You are just minutes away from world class golf courses. You have a choice of hundreds of restaurants of all types and dozens of shopping areas and malls all within minutes of the house. There is a 24-hour WalMart Superstore within walking distance.
