Welcome to Sunrise View our Florida Vacation home. Our superbly designer furnished home has all the facilities and amenities to guarantee that your holiday/vacation is both relaxed and enjoyable.

Sunrise View has 5 bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms (no more queuing!!), games room, private heated pool and spa, comfortably sleeping up to 12 people and is situated in one of Orlando’s most sought after gated communities.

With the help of an interior designer we have made this home a wonderful place and we are sure this will be appreciated by all our guests seeking that ideal location for a holiday of a lifetime. Designer furniture, occasional tables, lamps, quality bedding and floral decorations all add to the beauty of our home.

Start your day by watching the fantastic sunrise over the lush conservation/wetlands area and natural lake, the sun slowly emerging over the horizon, the mist lifting and the many variety of birds flying away for the day. Grab breakfast and a coffee before watching the hot air balloons rising in the distance for their early morning flights.

Our home is just 10 minutes away from the Magic of Walt Disney World. The thrills and excitement of Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure together with the more relaxing and educational Sea World are within easy reach via Interstate 4.

After a day at the parks or on the golf course relax in one of our comfy lounger’s or reclining chairs on the huge pool deck, take a refreshing swim in the 30 x 15 pool or alternatively just sit and rest in the bubbling spa/Jacuzzi.

Of an evening you have a massive choice of entertainment……………… challenge someone to a game of billiards on our 8ft slate bed billiard/pool table – who will emerge the champion? After the billiards will it be a game of table tennis / ping pong, electronic darts or maybe foosball the choice is yours…….
Or, perhaps you want to relax and watch one of the many DVD’s or watch Cable TV in the family room or any of the five bedrooms………
Or, can we persuade you to go back into the pool for a night time swim, our coloured underwater lighting system can be set to 10 different colours or you can even have a disco effect……….
Or, perhaps you just want to relax on one of the lounger’s with a drink in your hand watching and listening to the sounds of the conservation area.

What a wonderful 2 weeks we had in your Villa, our family of 12 found there was plenty of room to spread out and relax after our hectic days around Disneyland, there were so many games and facilities provided. The swimming pool was well used, especially by the Grandchildren.
