The single storey villa has a large air-conditioned living area of 1910 sq ft and two car garage 455 sq ft., it comprises of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en-suite, and a private HEATED swimming pool 28 ft. It is situated in a quiet residential estate in a rural atmosphere but within very easy reach of all attractions and numerous golf courses.

The villa is very spacious, tastefully decorated and furnished in the traditional Florida style. It is fully air conditioned for your comfort. Up to 10 people can be comfortably accommodated.



For your safety there is an alarm system, which is monitored 24hrs by ADT

SUPERMARKET RESTAURANTS, BAR and various other shops within walking DISTANCE on main road they can also be reached via slip road from the villa complex

LIVING ACCOMMODATION

There are two large lounge areas. One is split into a living room with elegant furnishings including a 2 and 3 seater sofa, T.V., video, dvd player, a formal dining area measuring 23ft 2” by 18ft 9” with a 6-8 placing dinner table.

The family lounge measuring 15ft 6” by 16ft 11” includes a 2-seater sofa and a 3-seater sofa bed. The cable TV is in this area. Patio doors exit on to the swimming pool and surrounding area, which is enclosed by a lanai, creating an insect free paradise. There are patio chairs, sun loungers and a table with umbrella

The luxury fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer large cooker and waste disposal unit. It is also complete with numerous other small electrical appliances and of course, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for 12. Also the nook has table and chairs.

A telephone is installed in the lounge area, local calls being free of charge and major credit cards accepted for long distance calls. Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast area with table. The garage houses a large washing machine, tumble dryer.




SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION

The Master bedroom suite has a queen bed, luxury fittings, large dressing room/closet and an en-suite bathroom which has bath and large shower room.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin single beds. Each of these spacious rooms have large fitted wardrobes, bedside tables etc. FREE Cot and high chair facilities are available.

The second bathroom comprises bath/shower vanity unit and w.c.

The large sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping for 2.
