Bedroom 2 has a double bed, dressing table, bed side cabinets & built-in robes. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, bed side cabinets & walk-in robes. A second bathroom serves bedrooms 2 & 3, which contains a shower/bath, toilet & vanity unit. This bathroom also leads onto the pool decking area. Also includes for your comfort, all linen & towels including beach towels, hot brush & hair dryer.
There is a large family room & dining area, with sofa's & 6 seat dining table & chairs.

Minimum Stay - one week
The famous Spongedocks and Greek fishing village at Tarpon Springs are a 25 minute drive away. Clearwater can be reached in 40 minutes. Other local attractions include Busch gardens & Theme Park, Weeki-Wachee & Homossasa Springs home to the endangered Manatees. The central Florida attractions of Disney World, Universal Studios etc, are about a 90 minute drive away. There are many superb shopping malls, a large selection of good restaurants in the area. The nearest supermarket complex is within walking distance at Fairway Oaks Plaza. The nearest beach at Hudson is 10 minutes away, & there are many other beautiful beaches nearby. There are also many top quality golf course in the area, such as the championship course at the Links Golf Club on which the Fairway Oaks Development is built around.
