Avalon Villa

Our spacious villa has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and is new for 2005. With every comfort in mind to make your stay enjoyable we have provided towels, bed linen,hair dryers, even a cool box for your days out by one of the many beautiful beaches in this area.

The two master bedrooms have Queeen size beds, large wardrobes, en suite bathroom with twin wash basins,wc, spa bath and separate shower.Both have direct access to the lanai and pool. The two twin bedded rooms share a bathroom and a Den, containing a sofa bed, can be used as the fifth bedroom with use of the poolside bathroom containing shower and wc. Both Master rooms have cable TV as does the Den leaving the open plan living area for you to sit and read or just have a chat. There are two dining areas as well as a breakfast bar alongside the well equipped kitchen. The kitchen comes with cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer with ice maker and a dishwasher. The laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer ,iron and ironing board as well as cleaning tools should you need it.

Not forgetting outdoor living there is a spacious Lanai equipped with BBQ, table and patio furniture that includes 4 sunloungers.

The pool is solar heated and the hot tub can be heated for an extra charge. With the safety of children in mind there is a child safety fence in place around the pool and the whole area is surrounded by a mesh enclosure.

The property backs onto woodland. The sun falls on the Lanai in the morning for outdoor breakfast and still lights up the pool area late afternoon.

This wonderful home comfortably sleeps 10 people. Cot hire is available shoud you need it.

The villa also has smoke alarms fitted for your safety. A local management company is on hand to prepare the villa for your arrival and is on hand to help should you need it.

Rotonda is a great area to explore with many golf courses, good shopping, stunning beaches 15 minutes away, an array of restaurants some specialising in the local catch of the day. Boat hire and fishing is widely available as are the other many attractions just a short drive away. Peace and tranquility or something more lively, it is all here in Rotonda.
