This pool home is licensed to accommodate 6 guests. The owners have personally chosen all the furniture, equipment and accessories and created a comfortable home where you can spend a memorable vacation. The home has air conditioning, an ADT security system and complimentary wireless broadband internet access as well as free telephone calls, including international calls to land lines. As you enter the villa the vaulted ceilings and tastefully furnished foyer, formal dining and lounge areas give a definite 'wow' factor. There is comfortable seating for 5 and a lovely dining table which seats 6. In this area there is a library of books, games and puzzles and a computer desk and chair. Beyond the reception area is a fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room. There is a large dining table and 4 chairs in the kitchen as well as a breakfast bar and two high stools. All appliances and utensils are provided for your convenience. Beyond the kitchen is a family room with two sofas, occasional tables, lights and a fabulous 50" HD plasma tv with numerous channels and home theatre system. There are many DVDs and CDs for guests to enjoy. This room has glazed doors leading to the pool area. There are 3 bedrooms: a beautifully furnished master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with queen size bed and a twin room with colorful bedding, stuffed toys, books and videos. All bedrooms have a television as well as ample drawer and closet space. The master bedroom has glazed doors leading out to a shaded area overlooking the pool. Look over to the left and watch the sun rise as you enjoy your first coffee of the day. The screened pool deck is extra large and has 3 loungers, table with 4 chairs and umbrella, two small drinks tables and a towel rail. This area overlooks a small lake which has a variety of resident and visting wildlife. This is a very pleasant place to relax in and gets the sun from sunrise until early evening. The spa with room for at least 6 adults is a special feature and is easily operated by a timed control in the pool area. Just turn on the pool and spa lights, set the timer, let the water warm up for a few minutes then step in the spa and relax, drink in hand, and let the bubbles soothe away the exertions of the day.
