Our executive two storey villa, 5 Bedroom / 4 Bathroom, can be found
on the beautiful gated community of Terra Verde. Terra Verde is a
master planned themed resort residential gated community. Located in
the Disney corridor just off highway 192 on Ponciana Boulevard, just
minutes drive from the gates of Disneyworld, restaurants and shops
are all within close proximity, together with many remarkable golf
courses. It has many amenities which are available to all our
guests. Meeting the range of your needs and expectations, is, just
exactly what our concierge is for. Other amenities include the beach
and pool area along with a children's play area. There is a gym
available and a games room. If you wish to schedule a massage at the
clubhouse spa and exercise centre or if you'd like to book a tee
time at one of the many great golf courses nearby, just ask.
Accommodation
Hall/Family Room
Large Family Room with vaulted ceilings and three windows on two
stories. Fully air conditioned and beautifully furnished with cable
TV, VCR and DVD. Extending from our living is a small but luxurious
breakfast nook, which overlooks the pool, for those quieter moments.
Kitchen / Dining Room
The kitchen is fully equipped and consists of an electric cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. There is a telephone (which accepts incoming calls and local outgoing calls only).
Our dining room seats 8 comfortably, assuring that special evening meal, along with two additional seats
at our breakfast bar.
Master Bedroom 1
Overlooking the pool, absolutely huge - King size bed, luxurious furniture together
with walk in closet and a beautiful en-suite bathroom, with large
corner bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and vanity unit.
Master Bedroom 2
Queen size Bed, furniture equal to Master 1, closet and also leads
onto en-suite bathroom containing bath, shower, WC and vanity unit.
Bedroom 3
Double Room, furniture equal quality to 2 masters, third bathroom
close proximity.
Bedrooms 4 & 5
Two Twins, closet, bedside tables and chest of drawers. One is
decorated in a Disney theme.
4th Bathroom
Across from twins with bath, shower, WC and vanity unit.
All bathrooms contain a hairdryer.
Pool Area
Our south facing pool, with steps, has the benefit of Lake view and
extended decking which contains numerous sun beds. The covered lanai
gives the shade and is complete with table and chairs. We also have
a screen that surrounds our pool which still lets all the sunshine
in but unwanted visitors out.
Laundry Room
A washer and dryer are available together with a vacuum cleaner,
iron and ironing board. A stroller (buggy), cot
All towels, beach towels and linens are supplied.
Games Room
Large Sofa, pool table, TV, PS2, hi-fi many games and books available.
