Situated in an enviable position,Bass lakes estate is a small development of newly built properties with access onto the lake for fishing,within walking distance to the 192 highway, and at night time, you can leave the car and call a local cab for a short ride to enjoy all of the local activities that kissimmee has to offer.
The Villa was completed in May 2003 and is fully air conditioned throughout. The Property has 4 Bedrooms which consist of 2 Double bedrooms The master room has a king size bed and room 2 has a queen size bed the remaining 2 rooms have twin beds one with a jungle theme for children.Also available free of charge are a cot/crib,with all blankets supplied,high chair and folding push chair /stroller.Also there has been a new high speed computer added with broad band connection,along with desk and printer all available to use free of charge for guests.
The Master suite leads out to the magnificent screened private heated pool with spa/Jacuzzi.we have recently fitted a privacy screen around the pool area,which is not shown on the virtual tour.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has every appliance that you require including a full size electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven and American style fridge freezer with ice maker.
There is a separate area which houses a large capacity automatic washing machine and tumble dryer all linen & towels are provided.
The villa is plush carpeted throughout and fully furnished to designer standard with upgraded new furniture fitting and equipment. There is a formal dining area and a Kitchen/diner. Plus two separate lounge area's both have cable TV suitable for 2 family's while the kids watch one tv the parents can relax in the other lounge watch tv or just chill out.

A telephone is installed and available to guests free of charge for local calls. Long distance calls can be made through the use of a credit card or tel cards can be bought locally.

Large west facing private heated pool with spa/Jacuzzi to get the sun from early morning till sun set and enjoy settling back in the jacuzzi after a hard day at the parks. there are 4 sun lounges and 4 chairs along with lilos for the kids with gas B.B.Q and sun parasol.
There is a kiddies play area with slide & swings nearby plus a picnic area and a dock next to the lake to fish from, also within walking distance to the 24 hour Wall mart store and the 192 highway.
There are lots of attractions just a short drive away, disney is 10 min away MGM studios i5 min drive, wet and wild, downtown disney, pleasure island. blizzard beach are all close by, not to mention all of the fantastic malls for some serious shopping Weekly rental prices start from £349.
