This beautiful NEW 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome was only completed in late 2005 and boasts all the modern conveniences you would expect to make your vacation that little bit special. We have furnished and equipped the house to sleep up to a max of 8 guests. Words can only describe so much, come and stay with us and you won't be disappointed.

KITCHEN

- The house features a Fully equipped kitchen with American style Fridge/ freezer, Electric oven and hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Kettle, Toaster Coffee maker etc, as well as a full set of crockery, cutlery and utensils. There's even a waffle maker, if you are feeling adventurous.

LOUNGE

- In the Lounge there are 2 comfortable sofas, one which converts to queen sleeper. There is also 2 folding slouch chairs, Coffee table and entertainment centre containing a Large Digital cable TV, DVD player, PS2 and CD Stereo.  FREE HIGH SPEED internet access and FREE local phone calls are also available for you to use.

MASTER BEDROOM

- Is furnished with everything you would expect including a Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, large mirrored dresser, Cable TV/DVD and large walk in closet. The bedroom is located upstairs at the rear of the house and the view from the windows is out over the grassy children's play-area of the neighbouring development.

BEDROOM 2

- Has been tastefully decorated and contains a double bed, storage drawer units, Cable TV and walk in closet.

BEDROOM 3

- Is geared more towards the younger ones as it has 2 twin beds, storage draw unit, walk in closet, Mickey Mouse Cable TV, Disney wall pictures and cuddly toys, a must to keep the kids happy!   Both bedrooms 2 & 3 are located at the front upstairs of the house and look out on to the quite street at the front. They also share the family bathroom at the top of the stairs.

BREAKFAST DINING AREA

- Located at the front of the house in the bay window is a small private area we call the nook. It features a round folding table with chairs and is ideal for just sitting in watch the world go by outside.

MAIN DINING AREA

- If you are looking for somewhere a little more formal to dine at then, situated between the kitchen and lounge there is large rectangular shaped table and high back chairs. this area also feature a large ceiling mounted decorative light. The table can accommodate 6 people comfortably with room to add chairs from the breakfast table if required.  

PATIO AREA

- Situated at the rear of the house is a completely enclosed screened area, ideal for relaxing in the sun or taking a dip in the 4 person HOT-TUB to cool off.  There also is beautiful new metal patio table with chairs and 2 sun loungers. The screen patio area is NOT OVER-LOOKED from the rear by any other properties and looks out onto the children's play area of the adjacent development. Within the house in the entrance hallway there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. At the front of the house there is off-street parking available for 2 cars.
