SUNCREST II VILLA

Suncrest II Villa has a spacious family room to relax in together during the day or evening, with cooling ceiling fan, luxurious furnishings, sumptuous sofas, a large-screen cable TV and DVD Player and stereo system – your family can enjoy the evenings together as you can watch your favorite movie, or listen to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!). There's also a separate lounge area providing extra space, and the perfect place for the kids to play - or for that peaceful haven to get away from it all.

Step outside from the family room, and enjoy the Floridian sunshine as you have fun together in our sparkling, crystal clear pool (the pool can be optionally heated). The pool deck is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

Sleeping accommodation at Suncrest II Villa includes two master bedroom suites, each with a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, dresser and cable TV with DVD player, closet space, plus each has a private master bathroom with mirrored vanity basins, walk-in shower and toilet. A further 2 bedrooms also feature a king-size bed in each, with nightstand and lamp, dresser with cable TV and DVD player, and closet space, plus an adjacent bathroom. The last 2 bedrooms are great for kids, and each offers 2 twin beds, together with nightstands, dresser with cable TV and DVD, closet space, and nearby bathrooms.

The spacious kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could possibly want to prepare a family feast or a quick snack. Let the family eat together at our separate dining area, or choose to snack at the breakfast nook off the kitchen.

The exclusive Seasons community is perfect for your Disney family vacation. Situated just minutes away from the fun and excitement of the main strip that runs alongside Disney (the famous “192”) – you’ll be able to enjoy the delights of some of the best restaurants and shops in central Florida – while getting to the parks and attractions faster than ever!
In the evening you can either relax outside by the enclosed private pool or use the facilities provided in the games room which include a pool table, an air hockey table and an electronic scoring darts board.

Just a short email to say thank you, the villa was beautiful and the location couldn't have been better. All enjoyed their stay and having two couples first timers to Florida, the location was dead right for the parks, 10mins in the car and your in Disney.

Hi James,

I would like to thank you for allowing us to stay at Suncrest II this past
week. We really had a fabulous time there and, as you said, there was
plenty to do. With the pool heat, a jacuzzi was not missed in any way.
Your property was very clean and tidy upon our arrival and everyone loved
its décor, floorplan, and amenities.

I also want to thank you very much for always being so kind during my
communications with you, before and during our stay at Suncrest II. Should
we plan another trip to the Orlando area, we would love to stay at your

We absolutely loved your house! It was everything we were hoping it would be.
The house is beautiful and is in a nice subdivision. It's great how close it is to Wal Mart to pick items up.
After having a busy day at Disney World it was wonderful to come back and be able to relax outside on the porch while the kids swam in the pool. Everyone loved the pool, and the covered porch. (By the way, we left some pool noodles, goggles and water wings at the house for your future guest to enjoy!) There were plenty of chairs for everyone to sit in, and lots of towels for showers and the pool.

We had four families staying in the house, so it was great to be able to have a master ensuite for each family so that everyone could have some privacy. We were also impressed by the hot water tank in the house - there were a minimum of eight people having a shower every morning and no one had a cold shower!

Thank you so much for getting the playpens and high chairs for us - they were perfect for young children and I'm sure your future guests will appreciate it as well
