Beautiful Naples Villa
Welcome to our beautiful Naples Villa
The house has four bedrooms, one with a king size bed, two with queen beds and one bedroom has two twins , the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms share the second bathroom. The maximum our bungalow is licensed to hold is 10 people
Our large 2 storey house (3500 square feet) is air-conditioned with Cable TV, Fridge, Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. There is a TV in the lounge an the master bedroom and the house, which was completed in December 2005, has new furniture and fittings throughout. We respectfully ask our guests not to smoke in the house, and pets are not allowed. There is a private heated swimming pool to the rear of the property, which has a beautiful lake view to the rear. We charge an extra $125 per week for pool heat andd $125 for the final clean
We supply all the towels and bedding, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Our agents are on hand to ensure your holiday runs smoothly.
We are about 2-3 miles from the fabulous Gulf Coast beaches,( Naples beach is one of the finest anywhere) and about two miles from the shopping malls. The nearest supermarket is about half a mile away.
There are about 50 golf courses in Naples, if you are a golfer. If you are not then Naples and the surrounding area will keep you busy for as long as you wish, but Disney is about three and a half hours away, with Tampa and its attractions only 3 hours drive away. You can fly into Orlando International, Miami, Sandford, Fort Myers or Tampa, and flights, car hire and insurance are your responsibility. We can arrange your travel insurance if needed.
Booking Arrangements
If you would like to book with us, please complete and sign the booking form and return it to me as soon as possible, along with a deposit in the sum of £100 ($150)per week, and an additional security deposit in the sum of £100, which is to cover damages and loss. This will be refunded to you in full or in part as appropriate within 28 days of your return. The balance should be paid 13 weeks before departure. 30 day minimum stay. Our rates are £695.00. ($1180), per week.
