This 1500 sq. foot (one level) 3 bedroom family home is located just five miles from Disney World in a quiet, secure residential neighborhood. A fishing pier, a picnic area and lighted tennis courts are also available for your use. Master bedroom with private bath and TV.
Bed sizes - 1 queen, 4 twins, with a queen sleeper sofa in the den - sleeps up to 8 people.
Den and living room
A community with tennis courts and a four hundred acre lake with fishing pier, nine hole golf course and lakeside park with barbeques and picnic tables as well as huge resort style pool and children's playground. It is beautifully furnished to a superior standard.
Amenties:
A fully equipped kitchen, with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and all cookware and crockery features a large eating area and there is also a separate formal dining room. There is also a laundry room with washer , dryer, iron/ironing board and an attached two car garage.
All linens and towels, including beach towels are provided.
Cable TV (3) with upgraded channels, VCR/DVD player upon request.

We stayed the first week in July 2003 for the second time. We love the home and it is a wonderful and comfortable place to come back to after spending hours in the parks. My two children loved the home as well. Loretta is one of the few honest and pleasant individuals that I have worked with.
She will try to accommodate your special needs as well. You will certainly not go wrong with this home.
