Haycorns is a light and airy, fully air conditioned 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom villas ideally located on the popular, well established, community of Thousand Oaks. Its sunny, south west facing pool,spa, extended deck area and shady lanai overlook a conservation area. No other pool screens can be seen from our pool deck.

A day spent at Haycorns is not just a rest day or break form the parks, but an integral part of your holiday which will be enjoyed by guests of all ages.

Disney Maingate is reached by any easy 10-15 minute drive involving just one set of traffic lights! Universal Studios is easily accessed via the I4 - no need to battle with I Drive traffic.

THE DEN/BONUS ROOM

The villa has a den/playroom packed with entertainment for guests of all ages. It has a huge box of Duplo, a massive wooden train set, numerous toys and family games, videos and DVDs, a playstation and TV.

In it is a large sofa which converts to a queen size bed, providing you with a bonus 4th bedroom at no extra cost. Haycorns can easily sleep 8 people in privacy with no need for anyone to sleep in the lounge.

THE LOCALITY

Thousand Oaks is a beautiful commmunity to stroll/jog round, enjoying the views of the lake and spotting wildlife in their natural habitats.

Haycorn's pool area is completely secluded - not another pool screen in sight! Haycorns is situated at the end of a cul de sac on a large corner plot.

At the end of its garden is a conservation area and a pond. You can spend hours sat relaxing on the pool deck, and you will be not be disturbed by, nor disturb, anyone other than the other residents of Haycorns or local wildlife!

THE POOL AREA

The pool has a large deck area and a covered lanai to protect you from the sun. It is fully screened to keep bugs out and children in! Comfortable patio furntiure is provided to seat all guests.

The freestanding spa can be heated independently from the pool and is ideal for relaxing at the end of a fun filled day.

There is a range of pool toys to add to the fun and a barbecue/grill for that full alfresco living! There is bathroom access from the poolside, avoiding the trail of wet footprints through the villa!

COOKING AND EATING

The kitchen is located in the heart of Haycorns. It is fully equipped to prepare family meals for 8, but with numerous restaurants on the 192, just 10 minutes away, you might prefer to treat yourself to a meal out sometimes.

An electric kettle is provided for your convenience. Other equipment includes coffee maker, food mixer, microwave, large fridge/freezer, 4 slice toaster and electric can opener and a dishwasher.

Meals can be eaten in the dining area or seated at one of the bar stools at the breakfast bar.

RELAXING AT HOME

The lounge area has a large sofa, a loveseat (small sofa) and armchair and overlooks the pool. Two large patio doors enable you to sit in the comfort and cool of the lounge enjoy the view. There is cable TV and a DVD player for your enjoyment.

BEDROOMS

The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite facilities, a TV with Cable, and lots of cupboard space.
There is also a small sofa in this room.

The pool area can be accessed directly from the ensuite bathroom with its large walk in shower.

The other 2 bedrooms both with twin beds are located on the other side of the villa. These are idea for adults or children.
A cot is available free of charge for our youngest guests. A stroller/buggy is available free of charge for their use.

There are silently operating ceiling fans in all bedrooms, the lounge and the den to keep you all cool.

In the attached double garage you will find both a washing machine and a dryer.

LITTLE EXTRAS MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE

The cost of villa rental includes free local and international calls. You can even bring your own laptop and access the internet for free, via a wireless broadband link - so you can surf by the pool!

Late checkout may be available, at no extra charge - allowing you to make the most of you precious last hours on holiday.

We do all we can to make your arrival at Haycorns straightforward and welcoming.

You can get in as soon as you srrive - no need to collect a key from another location.

LOCATION

The nearest supermarket is located at Champion’s Gate, 5 minutes drive away and en route from the airports and the parks. There are other shops and restaurants located here including McDonalds.

Orlando International Airport is an easy 40 minute drive on quiet roads. Sanford is just 10 minutes further away.

You may also like to consider flying into Tampa airport, located just off the Interstate 4 highway, 70 minutes away. Haycorns is only minutes from Junction 58 of the I4, giving you easy access to both the gulf and the space coast.
