Jasmine’s Jewel is located in the exclusive, privately gated Terra Verde Resort, just outside of Orlando in sunny Florida, and is just minutes from Disneyworld and all the attractions. This Vacation Dream Home will certainly delight even the most discriminating travelers. No expense has been spared in the appointment of each beautiful furnishing or accessory in this exquisite home, which was professionally and tastefully decorated with extreme attention to detail.

The thoughtfully designed floor plan is very spacious and includes 3500 square feet of living and playing space. This grand villa is ideal for multiple families, with seven individually themed bedrooms, to accommodate up to 16 guests with the utmost comfort! Your family will enjoy every inch of Jasmine’s Jewel, including the custom pool with spa, huge family room, lounge area, dining room, and gourmet kitchen. The games room is sure to be a hit, with a full size pool table, foosball, air hockey, darts, board games, and TV with a Playstation II. After a long day at the parks, sink into the sumptuous sofas and loveseats and just relax. Watch a movie on the huge 55 inch wide screen, high definition television complete with a super-surround sound system that will make you feel like you’re really at the theater. Terms & Conditions

Deposits:

A deposit in the amount of $500 will book our home and confirm nightly rates at stated price.
The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Changes, cancellations, fees, and refunds**:
*More than 120 days prior to arrival: 50% of deposit
*60-120 days prior to arrival: 100% of deposit
*less than 60 days prior to arrival: 100% of rental amount

**There will be no refunds made for High and Holiday season bookings, unless we are able to rebook the same dates. You may however use your deposit to book new dates.

Dates changes are permitted, only if new dates are available, less $35
processing fee.

Minimum Stay: 3 Nights, 7 nights stay during peak and holiday time.

Cleaning fee is waived for bookings of 7 days or more. This fee will be charged for any bookings of 6 days or less, in the amount of $125.

Security Deposit: $500

Pool heat is $25 per night.

Pool heat is recommended between October and April.
